Sumsub is a global AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations at scale. We help teams reduce manual work and enter new markets, with clients across financial services, crypto, mobility, and more.

We are hiring a Junior Customer Success Manager to build, keep and improve strong connections with our customers. You will manage clients at multiple levels, grow relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide training and webinars to ensure client

Qualifications

• Experience in CS, account management, or related roles in crypto/fintech/payments.
• Basic understanding of KYC is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.
• Advanced English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients at technical, business, and product levels.
• Grow relationships with Key Client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and challenges for clients.
• Provide training and webinars to clients.
• Introduce new features and manage releases.
• Provide client feedback internally.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal and Marketing.
