Responsibilities

• Accounts payable: process invoices with proper approvals and coding.
• Vendor file maintenance: collect docs and ensure accurate vendor data.
• Accounts receivable: record and reconcile payments, issue invoices.
• General ledger and reconciliations: prepare journal entries and close processes.
• Compliance: 1099 reporting and assist audits.
• Regulatory compliance: GAAP adherence and IRS/OMB rules.
