Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with correct approvals and coding.
• Record and reconcile grant reimbursements and receivables.
• Prepare journal entries, monthly close, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS/OMB regulations; support audits.
