Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an IVR Engineer to join our conversational AI/IVR team. You will design, build, and deploy call flows in Cognigy, enabling secure OTP/MFA authentication, and integrating with NICE CXone and CRM systems for contextual experiences.

You will collaborate with lead developers, a conversational designer, and integration specialists on microservices architecture, data lake reporting, and governance standards. This role is remote in the USA and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building IVR/conversational flows on Cognigy or similar platforms.
Knowledge of GraphQL and REST API integration patterns.
Experience with OTP/MFA authentication in telephony/conversational contexts.
Familiarity with NICE CXone and CRM data integration for real-time context.

Responsibilities

Build and configure IVR call flows within Cognigy, including MVP call flows and OTP authentication flows.
Translate caller journey designs into functioning conversational flows.
Implement OTP/MFA within call flow logic.
Integrate call flows with CRM data systems for personalized experiences.
Collaborate with NICE integration specialists and technical consultant.
Participate in automation testing of call flows for quality and reliability.
