Cognizant is seeking an IVR Engineer to design, build, and deploy Cognigy-based call flows. You will integrate NICE CXone with CRM data and implement OTP/MFA within conversational flows, collaborating with cognigy specialists and a cross-functional team.

You will work remotely in the USA, contributing to enterprise-grade IVR solutions, testing, and reporting workflows within a governed architecture. Prior Cognigy/NICE CXone experience is highly valued.

• Experience developing IVR/conversational flows on Cognigy or comparable platforms.

Mansioni

• Build and configure IVR call flows within Cognigy, including MVP call flows and OTP authentication flows.
• Translate caller journey designs into functioning conversational flows.
• Implement and configure OTP/MFA within call flow logic.
• Integrate call flows with CRM data systems for contextual experiences.
• Collaborate with NICE integration and testing teams to ensure quality.
• Support data lake integrations for reporting and analytics.
• Work within Cognigy governance and ARB processes.
