Cognizant is seeking an IVR Developer to join our conversational AI/IVR build team. You will design, build, and deploy call flow automation within Cognigy, enabling self-service journeys and OTP authentication.

You will work cross-functionally with lead developers, a designer, and integration specialists to ensure robust integrations with NICE CXone and CRM systems. The role emphasizes hands-on development of IVR/conversational flows, API integrations, and automated testing within enterprise

Qualificações

Experience building IVR/conversational flows on Cognigy or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of GraphQL and REST API integration patterns.
Experience with OTP/MFA in telephony or conversational contexts.
Familiarity with NICE CXone and CRM data integration for real-time context.
Understanding of microservices architecture principles.

Responsabilidades

Build and configure IVR call flows within Cognigy including MVP and OTP authentication.
Translate caller journey designs into functioning conversational flows.
Implement OTP/MFA within call flow logic.
Integrate call flows with CRM data systems for contextual experiences.
Support NICE CXone integration in coordination with the team.
Participate in automation testing of call flows before release.
Collaborate on microservices-based architecture and GraphQL/CCN implementations.
Support Data Lake integration for reporting and analytics.
