Job summary

Rothe is seeking a Project Manager I to provide remote ITSM project management support for the NASA eMITS contract, coordinating schedules, milestones and governance with OCIO/OCOMM teams.

You will document requirements, manage risks, run meetings, and maintain artifacts in the project repositories and governance boards.

Requires 2–4 years PM experience, MS Office 365 and SharePoint proficiency, and ability to map ITSM processes; occasional travel to NASA centers may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project management experience.
• 2-4 years of business outcomes/impacts, strategic/tactical planning and operational delivery experience.
• Experience with Risk Management and best practices.
• Experience using tools for requirements gathering and implementation.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Integrated master schedules and applying earned value management techniques (desired, not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive), and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project schedule and roadmap.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items; alert on variances or blockers.
• Maintain the project Risk, Action, Issue, and Dependency trackers.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate project meetings.
• Develop slide decks and project documentation for governance reviews.
• Ensure artifacts are stored and organized in designated repositories.
• Support ITSM requirements and user stories; map ITSM processes.
