Job summary

Rothe Development Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III (Remote) to support NASA eMITS contract through the OCIO. The role focuses on ITSM project management, migration from legacy tools to an enterprise platform, and governance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience, PMP/PMI-ACP/CSPO/CSM certifications (preferred), and strong stakeholder engagement, process redesign, data migration, and training coordination, with a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Project Management, Communications, Business Administration, or IT-related discipline.
• 8 years of project management experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, CSM certifications (preferred).
• Experience with risk management and governance practices.
• Proficient with MS Office 365, SharePoint, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration and decommissioning of legacy platforms to the new enterprise platform (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Develop and track migration schedules, timelines, milestones for on-time delivery.
• Map and redesign workflows to align with platform capabilities and best practices.
• Oversee data migration, records retention, and integration efforts.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, change management, UAT, and training.
• Manage discovery and dependency mapping across legacy tools and integrations.
• Ensure resolution of open tickets and migration of service catalog items before shutdown.
