Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

Rothe is seeking a Project Manager I to provide remote project management for the Information Management Division (IMD) in NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.

Provide IT Service Management (ITSM) project management support for the ITSM Tool Transition Project, including the planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring needed to deliver the ITSM capability; help develop and maintain the project schedule and roadmap; track milestones, deliverables, and action items and alert the ITSM Project Manager to schedule variances or blockers; maintain the Risk, Action, Issue, and Dependency trackers; coordinate, schedule, and facilitate project meetings; develop slide decks, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholder and governance board reviews; keep project artifacts organized in the designated repositories; capture, refine, and manage ITSM requirements and user stories; map and document ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management; and support analysis of process gaps, integration impacts, and operational readiness for releases and migrations. This position is remote within the continental United States. Occasional travel is required, including to the nearest NASA center for badging. A reliable internet connection and the ability to VPN into the NASA network are required.
