We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, run product demos, and drive the full sales cycle for ITS solutions in the U.S.

This fully remote role offers competitive compensation, exposure to ALPR, traffic monitoring, and smart mobility tech, with a high-impact US sales team and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships in ITS or adjacent tech sectors.
• Understanding of ALPR, traffic monitoring, smart mobility, or ITS technologies.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the ITS space.
• Running product demos and presenting tailored technology solutions to clients.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to drive client success.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging ITS opportunities.
• Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
