Speakit, a leading international customer support team, seeks an Italian-speaking agent to deliver exceptional service via phone, email and chat. You will assist customers on products, services and after-sales support while building detailed records.

This 100% remote position is based in Greece and offers equipment, paid training, monthly performance bonuses and career development within an international organization.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2+).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Night shifts availability.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services and after-sales support.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely and professional solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
