Job summary

Solutions iT USA is seeking an IT Technician for a remote role with occasional onsite projects. The position requires residence in Oregon or Washington and offers a full-time, non-exempt schedule with overtime as required by law.

You will maintain and install business networks and technology environments, provide remote and onsite support, and collaborate with Sr. Engineers on larger tasks. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1–4 years of related experience or training.
• Experience with IT networks and systems, especially Microsoft server environments, is preferred.
• Experience with MSP environments is a plus.
• Ability to work from home efficiently and effectively; willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and problem solving.
• Support end-user customers via phone, remote sessions, and onsite as needed.
• Troubleshoot and maintain client networks, servers and IT equipment.
• Escalate tickets for quick resolution and document work performed.
