Job summary

Trillium Family Services seeks an IT Technician to deliver on-site technical support across Portland and Corvallis campuses. The role involves handling end-user issues, deploying hardware/software, and maintaining IT systems.

This on-site position requires travel between campuses and strict adherence to policies. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows networks, and the ability to train staff on office and clinical software.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows network environments.
• Experience supporting end users in a business or healthcare environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and coordinate deployment of computer hardware and software.
• Provide tech support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist System Administrator with system support and issue resolution.
• Manage and monitor backup systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
• Coordinate vendor service calls when necessary.
• Set up user accounts and emails for new hires; assist with terminations.
• Train staff on Microsoft applications and business software.
