Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking an Information Technology Infrastructure Solutions Manager to ensure availability, security, and utility of technology systems for a dispersed user base across the United States. You will report to the CIO/CTO and lead a team of cloud engineers and administrators, partnering with operations to design, develop, and deploy effective solutions.

The role requires seven+ years with Microsoft stack, strong Azure/GitHub/Fabric expertise, enterprise networking

Qualifications

• Seven+ years configuring, administering, and supportingMicrosoft technology stack.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications including DevOps, GitHub, Azure and Fabric.
• Understanding of enterprise networking design, security, configuration and support.
• Experience establishing and maintaining cloud-based environments.
• Ability to work with organizational leaders, IT professionals, and end users.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Knowledge of data security standards (SOC, HIPAA, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to understand business needs and deploy effective solutions.
• Deliver DevOps and infrastructure services to enable rapid development and deployment.
• Evaluate processes for efficiency, value, and cost savings.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with the CIO/CTO on security and resiliency.
• Monitor system performance and drive optimization initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Document standardized processes and procedures.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of tech assets.
• Ensure consistent support processes across HQ and units.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Lead and develop cloud engineers and admins.
