Job summary

CG Oncology is seeking a Manager of Information Technology to lead IT support, onboarding, identity management, and asset control for a remote-first workforce. You will work with MSPs and cybersecurity partners to ensure reliable, secure technology operations and hands-on support across Windows and Mac environments.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT, strong Microsoft 365/Azure AD expertise, and a focus on service quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT support or systems administration.
• Experience in Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience administering M365, Azure AD, SharePoint.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding and device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for a remote-first workforce.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, devices, licenses, and access.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset management processes.
• Support security controls, audits, and incident response.
