Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Manager, IT Systems Engineering to lead secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations across clinical sites and remote work environments. You will oversee enterprise networking, cloud and endpoint services, and technology projects while driving automation and AI-enabled improvements.

You will manage and develop a high-performing team, partner with security and governance teams, and ensure service delivery aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure and deployments across distributed sites.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled automation with strong security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network systems including switching, wireless, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Lead enterprise solutions like Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Champion automation projects using AI to improve operations, reduce manual effort, and scale services while ensuring security and governance.
• Serve as Technical Lead for infrastructure, network, cloud solutions, site expansions, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Oversee IT project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Recruit, coach, and develop IT staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
• Ensure data security and compliance in line with policies and regulations; collaborate with security, privacy, and legal teams.
