Rose Paving, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to be the primary IT contact for internal users and maintain national IT systems from Sunrise, FL as part of a remote team. You will manage on-prem and cloud environments, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365, and support end-user devices and backup systems.

Travel up to 50% across the United States and support during mergers/acquisitions are expected; strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 3–5 years of systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Azure AD, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary IT contact for Mergers & Acquisitions, integrating IT systems.
• Maintain national IT systems and support remote internal users.
• Manage end-user laptops, mobiles, and ticket triage.
• Administer Azure, AD, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365.
• Monitor backups, security, and business continuity across the US.
• Vendor liaison and management of relationships.
• After-hours support as required.
