Job summary

GLOTECH, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Administrator (Office 365) to support the United Parks & Resorts corporate office in Orlando, FL.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the O365/Azure Tenant, collaborating with engineers to deliver design, deployment, and support of the Microsoft 365 platform. Responsibilities include deployment, testing, and documentation of configurations, plus administering Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security apps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with enterprise application deployments.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, Intune and Defender applications.
• Remain current with up-to-date product information for all released software configurations.
• Demonstrate excellent professionalism and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-production and production deployment, configuration, testing while ensuring best practices are followed and recommendations communicated.
• Provide detailed technical documentation including solution high/low level design, platform build/configuration, troubleshooting, and operational procedures.
• Work with engineering teams to review current issues to ensure successful support of new solutions and platforms through documentation and training.
• Administration and support of Windows Active Directory, Teams/O365 SharePoint, OneDrive and O365 security applications.
• Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to the O365 Tenant and end user devices.
