Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise Microsoft environments, spanning Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure. The role emphasizes stability, security, and performance across cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.

Based in Tampa, the candidate will automate tasks with PowerShell, support hybrid environments, and lead modernization initiatives while collaborating with cybersecurity and network teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience administering Microsoft-based enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience supporting Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Experience with system monitoring, logging, and performance management tools.
• Experience implementing and supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP across multiple locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support and administer Azure cloud environments, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.
• Manage identity and access management solutions while ensuring compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance, availability, security, and vulnerability remediation using enterprise management tools.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency through PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
• Manage system patching, updates, and security hardening initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and user-related issues, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support as needed.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and application teams to support enterprise initiatives and compliance requirements; document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Mentor junior technical staff and provide technical guidance and support.
