Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.

• Computer literate; Windows knowledge (knows what a C drive is).
• Must have remote work experience.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide US remote IT support to customers in Spanish.
• Resolve hardware and software issues via phone, chat, and email.
• Guide customers through inventory setup and operation of equipment.
• Record client interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex questions to senior staff.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders promptly.
