VC3, Inc. is seeking an IT Service Technician I to provide front-line support to clients across the United States and Canada. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN access, and email services, while following ITIL triage processes to determine the proper action.

This remote role operates roughly 8-5 EST hours. You will collaborate with Service Delivery teams, assist teammates, document tickets, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of technical support or customer service experience.
• Proficie ncy with Windows OS (7-11) and Office 365/MS 365.
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end user support via phone, email, and webchat using ITIL triage.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN/remote access, DNS, and workstation performance.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 (setup/termination, resets, permissions).
• Perform IMAC requests, software installs, and system updates.
• Participate in on-call rotation and document tickets clearly.
