Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Service Delivery Technician III to deliver end user IT support across desktop, network, and collaboration systems. You will triage, document, and resolve issues while ensuring timely project delivery and strong user satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT, a related degree, and certifications (MCSE/MCTS/A+/Cisco). The role requires on-site work with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• AA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Technical certifications MCSE, MCTS, A+, Cisco preferred.
• Experience in IS/IT environment with hardware, software, printers and network basics.
• Ability to work with peers in collaborative teams and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; 24x7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, and resolve moderately complex problems.
• Document, track, and monitor issues using incident systems.
• Support end users for computers, apps, devices, access, and hardware.
• Accept projects, plan work, and ensure timely completion.
• Provide face-to-face tech bar style support and training on new tech.
• Install and support hardware and software per VF standards.
• Assist IT platforms (Zoom, local backups, servers, networks).
• Maintain stockroom inventory of PCs and peripherals.
• Support conferencing/AV and collaboration technology.
• Travel up to 20% and be flexible with shifts including nights/weekends.
