Job summary

IronEdge Group, LTD is seeking an IT Support Technician for a remote role available to applicants in TX, NM, AZ, CO or KS. You’ll provide front-line technical support to end users, troubleshoot servers and network systems, and dispatch to client sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a Tier 1 IT support role, can create written technical documentation, and communicates professionally with users and teammates via Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Tier 1 IT support role.
• Experience creating and utilizing written technical documentation.
• Serve as an advanced problem solver with focus on long-term stability.
• Experience in ticketing and remote access systems.
• Effective cross-functional communication via Microsoft Teams.
• Provide friendly, professional client support over phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot servers and network systems.
• Dispatch to client sites as needed.
• Elevate complex issues to senior staff.
• Complete tickets to company standards.
• Occasionally train end users or new team members.
