Job summary

IronEdge Group, LTD is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver frontline technical support to end users, troubleshoot servers and network systems, and dispatch to client sites as needed. This remote role is open to applicants residing in TX, NM, AZ, CO or KS.

The role requires strong customer service, troubleshooting, multitasking, planning, and attention to detail. CJIS background checks are part of the process, with strict eligibility criteria.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Tier 1 IT support role.
• Experience creating and using written technical documentation.
• Strong problem solving with focus on long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot servers and network systems and resolve software issues.
• Dispatch to client sites as needed and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain professional communication with users at all levels, including executives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
