Helpt is seeking multiple IT Support Technicians to join the remote-first team, focusing on driver and fleet technology support. You will troubleshoot ELDs, tablets, dashcams, and connectivity to keep dispatch focused on freight.

The role is full-time with a 3-week training period and a starting pay of $18–$20 per hour. We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and a team that respects you.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills (phone will often be your only tool).
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated self-starter with passion for technology and support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound driver and fleet tech support calls (ELD, tablets, dashcams, connectivity).
• Provide technical support through service, troubleshooting, and empathy.
• Know when a device should be replaced and coordinate RMA/shipment with vendors.
• Document notes clearly for potential Hours of Service or DVIR records.
