Job summary

Jack B. Parson Companies is seeking a Telemetics Support Specialist to manage the Telematics initiative for North and South divisions. You will onboard drivers, coordinate software updates, and act as the primary point of contact for hardware and software support across sites.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, coordinating with OMG IT and vendors, and ensuring smooth operation of reporting for operations staff. Travel to field locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and memos.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and database software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new staff with application setup and training.
• Liaise between vendors, OMG IT, users, and site champions.
• Troubleshoot software and coordinate solutions with IT or vendors.
• Notify users of updates/maintenance affecting daily work.
• Monitor software usage and report needs to upper management.
