Job summary

Federated Service Solutions is seeking entry-level technicians for a remote-based role with nationwide travel to customer sites across the United States. The position offers extensive training, mentorship, and certification opportunities to develop skills in telematics, fleet technology, and vehicle electronics.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on problem solving, travel, and building a long-term career. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with no prior telematics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 100% throughout the United States.
• Comfortable spending significant time away from home while supporting customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete company-provided telematics, fleet technology, and installation training programs.
• Install telematics, GPS, and fleet technology solutions in various vehicle types and fleet equipment.
• Learn proper wiring, routing, testing, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist experienced technicians on customer projects.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the United States.
• Follow installation standards, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Provide professional customer service while representing Federated Service Solutions.
• Build technical knowledge through ongoing training and certification programs.
• Advance through defined technician development milestones.
