IronEdge Group is hiring a remote IT Support Technician to provide front-line technical support to end users, troubleshoot servers and networks, and dispatch to client sites as needed. You will resolve issues, communicate professionally, and help maintain high service levels while completing tickets to standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Tier 1 IT support, experience with ticketing systems and remote access, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Tier 1 IT support role
• Experience creating and using written technical documentation
• Experience with ticketing and remote access systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills via Microsoft Teams

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line IT support to end users, troubleshoot servers and networks
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff and communicate professionally
• Complete tickets to company standards and continually develop technical skills
• Assist with CJIS background checks and related security requirements
