This full-time, fully remote role requires solid Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, networking basics, and excellent communication. You will support via phone, email, and chat from anywhere in the United States.

You will document issues, track requests, and escalate when needed, contributing to smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support experience is required.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and business apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot computer, software, internet, VPN, printer, and email issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, applications, and user accounts.
• Assist employees with password resets and system access.
• Track support requests and document resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to the IT team.
