You will handle tickets by phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, printers, and email, and document resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and business apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and chat.
• Help troubleshoot computer, software, internet, VPN, printer, and email issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, applications, and user accounts.
• Assist employees with password resets and system access.
• Keep track of support requests and document how issues were resolved.
• Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate IT team.
