TKH Technology is hiring an IT Specialist to provide remote-first support for employees, handling incidents, requests and onboarding activities. You will assist with Windows, Microsoft 365, and device management, while maintaining documentation and strong user communication.

The role emphasizes independent work onsite with the client and collaboration with the central IT team, requiring good English and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial IT support experience in help desk roles.
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (A/ users, groups, MFA, resets).
• Familiarity with hardware, printers, mobile devices, and network issues.
• Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN for diagnosing connectivity.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident handling.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Able to work independently at client site with remote central IT.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• English B2 level; international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote first-line IT support to employees.
• Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, printers and mobile devices.
• Assist with account access, MFA, and Entra ID administration.
• Prepare laptops and IT equipment for new hires.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including access removal.
• Diagnose common hardware, software, network issues.
• Escalate complex issues to second-line or external providers.
• Create and maintain incident solution documentation.
• Keep users updated on request status.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain standards.
