This fully remote Junior IT Support Specialist role offers online onboarding, quarterly shift schedules, and paid certifications to help you grow within a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High school degree required.
• Interest in Linux/Windows admin or troubleshooting.
• Solution-oriented mindset and people skills.
• Readiness to learn quickly and grow with the company.
• Ability to work in shifts in local time (evening/night).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer questions via chat, email, and calls.
• Assist in onboarding, educating, and supporting customers.
• Guide customers with technical and billing questions.
• Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with personal service.
