Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Respond quickly to customer requests via phone or ticketing system.
• Work effectively in a team.
• Communicate with customers about incidents or service requests progress and outages.
• Enter time as it occurs and maintain detailed service tickets.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Assist with Microsoft-related technologies and cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint).
• Provide IT support for Windows servers and virtualization environments.
