Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT support, systems administration or database management (warehouse/3PL exp preferred).
• Strong Windows, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical support for warehouse operations and corporate users.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, time clocks, and networked equipment.
• Set up, image, and configure laptops and hardware; maintain user accounts and security.
