Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to own and resolve customer issues, researching, diagnosing, and providing prompt feedback. You will escalate to appropriate teams when needed and document resolutions for knowledge base articles while adhering to regulatory and security standards.

The role emphasizes supporting Windows, macOS, Office 365, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and Azure environments with Level 1/2 incident handling, plus some on-site Maryland coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BS or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experience delivering IT support in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for incidents related to Office 365, Azure, AD, and servers.
• Assist with remote and occasional on-site support for Maryland locations.
• Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles.
