Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking an IT Support Specialist to own customer issues, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve across Windows, macOS, Android, and cloud services. Focus areas include Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure, with emphasis on security and best practices.

You’ll document resolutions and escalate when needed. The role supports remote work with occasional on-site assistance at our Maryland locations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BS or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with IT service management and incident handling.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Support end-user devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Administer and provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for Office 365, Azure, AD, and related services.
• Identify and resolve network issues; develop standard operating procedures for monitoring.
• Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge base.
• Work remotely with occasional on-site Maryland support as needed.
