6sense is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver world-class end-user support for a global remote-first workforce, covering macOS and Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and Zoom, while managing identity services and security.

You will automate tasks, document processes, and assist with onboarding/offboarding, role changes, and asset management, leveraging Intune, Okta, Entra ID, MFA, and AI-powered tools.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT Support experience.
• Experience with macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts including Okta, Entra ID, SSO, and MFA.
• Scripting or automation basics: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Workato.
• Remote-first work experience and strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support via tickets, chat, email, and remote sessions.
• Support macOS and Windows environments.
• Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and role changes.
• Administer and troubleshoot Okta, Entra ID, SSO, MFA.
• Support SaaS platforms: Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, GitHub, Claude Enterprise, Workato.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints using Intune, Iru, and CrowdStrike.
• Maintain asset inventory and device lifecycle management.
• Support AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Develop scripts, automations, and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
• Occasional support for Zoom Rooms, Teams meetings, executives, and events.
