Job summary

6sense is seeking an IT support specialist to help a global team stay productive with modern workplace tech, identity systems, and AI platforms.

You will provide Tier 1–2 support, manage Okta/Entra ID and M365, deploy endpoints with Intune and CrowdStrike, and contribute to automation to improve IT operations. This role offers growth in a people-first environment that values teamwork and curiosity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience with macOS and Windows.
• Hands-on experience with M365, Slack, Zoom, and identity tools.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python and interest in AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via tickets, chat, email, and remote sessions.
• Administer Okta, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and manage SaaS platforms.
• Deploy endpoints with Intune, Iru, and CrowdStrike while maintaining asset inventory.
