Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software.
• Assist with network hardware and cabling support.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and software.
• Install operating systems, Microsoft Office, and anti-virus software.
• Maintain and inventory IT assets.
• Participate in weekly On-Call rotation.
• Coordinate with contracted service personnel for installations.
• Assist with budget discussions for equipment purchases.
• Communicate with IT staff and attend department meetings.
• Follow all terms in the Employee Handbook.
