Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically adept, and capable of delivering instructional content to students preparing for entry- to mid-level IT careers.

The role emphasizes hands-on teaching, assessment administration, and collaborative planning with colleagues to meet client expectations and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience required.
• Strong technical background; able to grasp and convey highly technical subject matter.
• Ability to deliver instruction via digital platforms (e.g., Zoom) or in person.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support instructor-led training for entry- to mid-level IT Support roles.
• Provide students access to relevant resources and study aids.
• Collaborate with team to identify student needs and create individualized plans.
• Maintain Salesforce and/or LMS with grades, scores, and notes.
• Update curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and materials.
