Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team. You will deliver instructor-led training for entry to mid-level IT support roles, manage assessments, attendance, and student progress, and provide access to study resources. Maintain curricula and collaborate with teammates to address student needs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of teaching experience, a solid technical background, and strong communication skills, with comfort in Zoom or in-person settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or training experience.
• Solid technical background and ability to convey technical material.
• Comfort with live digital conversations via Zoom or in-person sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led IT Support training for entry to mid-level roles.
• Administer assessments, attendance, and student progress reviews.
• Provide study resources and tutoring as needed.
• Update Salesforce/LMS with grades and progress notes.
• Maintain curriculum materials and lesson plans.
