Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team in the United States. You will deliver instructor-led sessions, manage student progress, and keep curricula current while using Salesforce and our LMS to track outcomes.

You will translate technical concepts for diverse learners and collaborate with colleagues to meet learners’ goals, with a focus on real-world readiness for IT support roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to teach and translate technical topics to learners.
• Experience with Zoom or in-person instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led IT Support training for entry- to mid-level roles.
• Administer assessments, track attendance, and monitor progress.
• Maintain curricula, syllabi, and lesson plans; update materials as needed.
• Update Salesforce/LMS with student progress and scores.
