Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team. The role focuses on delivering instructor-led training to prepare students for entry- to mid-level IT careers, with emphasis on practical IT support skills and client satisfaction.

You will maintain student records, support curricula, and collaborate with a mission-driven team to advance tech training programs across locations and remote options.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/industry experience.
3+ years IT support or teaching experience.
Strong understanding of IT support fundamentals (hardware, software, networking).
Experience with Windows, MacOS, Linux.
Experience with IT troubleshooting and helpdesk tools.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP.
Ability to manage multiple projects and provide clear written communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led IT Support training from entry to mid-level.
Maintain Salesforce/LMS with student data and progress notes.
Support curricula, syllabi, and classroom materials.
