Job summary

USP Management seeks an Entry IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot our technical systems and support smooth day‑to‑day IT operations. This entry level role starts with hands‑on IT support and equipment management, and grows into more advanced work over time.

We actively use AI tools, so comfort with AI assistants is required from day one. You will handle setup for new hires, printer issues, Google Groups, asset lists, and develop workflows with the IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 0 to 1+ years IT support experience welcomed.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software on Windows and macOS.
• Google Workspace knowledge and basic networking.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Comfort with AI assistants for daily tasks.
• Clear written and spoken communication; patient with explanations.
• Bilingual English and Korean required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues within SLA.
• Track and manage inventory of IT equipment and assets.
• Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace at account and user level.
• Maintain troubleshooting docs and assist with routine maintenance and backups.
• Help maintain dashboards in Google Data Studio with minor edits.
• Leverage AI assistants to speed up troubleshooting and scripting; improve workflows.
