Job summary
Avalore, LLC is seeking a Support Systems Developer/Engineer to modernize the support desk through automation and AI-driven tooling. You will design, implement, test, and deploy automation solutions including AI chatbots and RPA, while aligning with security requirements and organizational standards.
You will collaborate with the support team to gather requirements, monitor performance, and continuously optimize systems for faster responses and improved user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 0–3 years for Junior, 4–7 years for Journeyman, 8+ years for Senior with related certifications.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Design improvements to the support desk to modernize processes.
- Automate support workflows using AI chatbots and RPA.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom automation solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML into support processes for predictive, proactive support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with the support team to gather requirements and feedback.
- Monitor performance and optimize implemented solutions for security and efficiency.
