Qualifications

• 1–4 years IT support or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows, Office, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other endpoint devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access issues.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and endpoint configurations.
• Support conference room AV equipment and badge access systems.
• Assist with endpoint security, phishing awareness, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
• Create documentation, knowledge-base articles, and user-training materials.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI tools.
• Partner with senior technology leadership on infrastructure improvements and future technology initiatives.
