Job summary

IFS is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk professional for a remote role based with Eastern Canada, delivering end‑user support across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.

You’ll manage device lifecycles, user provisioning in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and contribute to automation and AI initiatives to streamline support and improve the user experience for our global teams across EU time zones.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android in a corporate IT environment.
• Familiarity with provisioning, licensing, and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class IT end‑user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices across time zones.
• Manage device lifecycles: setup, deployment, and refresh; onboarding/offboarding.
• Document support procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and participate in AI-enabled IT improvements.
• Collaborate on infrastructure, security, and cloud integration projects.
