Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT helpdesk or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Office Suite, and business apps.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network troubleshooting; remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems; escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to company systems.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT support policies and procedures.
