Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across the Information Technology category, partnering closely with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to deliver value, optimize costs, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives.

As the subject matter expert for IT procurement, you will manage sourcing initiatives and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or IT procurement.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and IT services.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and cloud agreements.
• Experience managing complex sourcing initiatives with technology providers.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic IT sourcing and category management plans.
• Lead RFx events, negotiations, and supplier selections for IT spend.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Info Security and business leaders.
• Deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and value enhancements.
