Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to join our team and lead IT category strategies, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional partnerships with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security.

You will manage sourcing across software, cloud services, hardware, telecommunications, cybersecurity solutions, managed services, and IT consulting, driving cost savings and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement with IT focus.
• Experience sourcing software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, cybersecurity, and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT sourcing & category strategies aligned to business goals.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selection processes.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and business leaders to drive value and cost optimization.
